Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

All items in my shop are made by hand and some are made-to-order. Please allow 4-5 days up to a week to process your order. You will receive an email with tracking information to let you know your order is on the way once I have fulfilled your order! Please ensure the email you enter during checkout is correct, that is how you will receive communications and updates about your order!

Orders are generally shipped within one week using USPS.  (Monday-Friday)

Free USA shipping on orders $50 or more. 

Orders are shipped from CA USA, once your order has been processed  (Monday-Friday) and shipped, it is out of my control. 

LOST PACKAGES:

Rivano Designs is NOT responsible for packages after the postal carrier has marked delivered. Customer assumes full responsibility after packages leave my care, this is marketplace standard. RD is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave RD’s office.

If you have any inquiries regarding shipping delays or lost packages you will need to contact USPS so they can best serve you.

If your order is returned to Rivano Designs for "insufficient address" or any other reason that is not the fault of Rivano Designs, your order will be refunded and restocked. So please make sure your address is correct.
